Erika facilitadora de Biodanza y hada madrina de muchas otras haditas me ofreció la posibilidad de compartir este encuentro durante 5 días en Olba, Teruel, en la casa rural "La Loba"
Cuando trato de describir lo que es una sesión de Biodanza, me quedo sin palabras..pregunta a mis células, mi piel, mis sentidos, mi aura..pero es difícil tratar de delimitar lo que siento, lo que se siente con palabras.
Por eso solo he incluido momentos de las sesiones de yoga, viaje de sonido y concierto de mantras..
